NOTICE FOR THE RECRUITMENT OF TRAINERS – PUMA PROJECT

The PUMA Project (Project Management and Innovation) aims to promote targeted training for university students, municipal officials and interns, as well as representatives of sectoral organizations. The goal is to acquire strategic skills and enhance professional and transversal competencies for the role of “Project Manager for Territorial Cooperation”, according to a common standard.

Through this course, participants will be guided in applying advanced project management methodologies to shape, develop, strengthen, and update strategic skills. The training is designed to prepare future European Project Managers with a focus on innovation and sustainability, enabling them to seize opportunities for accessing new economic resources and building collaborative networks.

AVAILABLE TRAINING MODULES

We are seeking qualified trainers to deliver the following modules:

  1. FOCUS 1: Project management canvas and coordination science in project management (24 hours)
  2. FOCUS 2: Project management, technological and digital innovation (18 hours)
  3. FOCUS 3: Public procurement (22 hours)
  4. FOCUS 4: Project management, circular economy, and sustainability (12 hours)
  5. FOCUS 5: Project management and international scientific cooperation (12 hours)
  6. FOCUS 6: Project management and business incubation (6 hours)
  7. FOCUS 7: PMBOK and lean approaches in complex projects (6 hours)

TARGET AUDIENCE

The training is intended for:

  • University students looking to develop practical project management skills.
  • Municipal officials and interns, aiming to strengthen operational and management capacities.
  • Sector organization representatives interested in enhancing their technical and strategic skills.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates may apply for only one focus listed above and must demonstrate:

  • Professional and educational experience relevant to the selected focus.
  • Ability to design and deliver effective and engaging training sessions.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of project management methodologies applied in European and international contexts.
