Deliverables D.M.1.1
In this first part of the project, the staff to be involved in the management and implementation of the project was almost selected.
Moreover, all the partners met online for the kick-off meeting. The actions for the realization of the project were planned and the critical points were highlighted to be solved in the second period. Activities slowed down due to the covid.
WPT1 – several meetings were held to plan information and training activities, considering that the pandemic prevents partners from moving. For these reasons, the implementation of this activity was postponed to the second period.
WPC – The project was presented through local media, print media and social networks. The Kick Off Meeting organized by the LP in online mode, beacuse of Covid-19. It has not been possible the partners to meet in Taranto for the launch event. Intensive communication has began between the partners, mainly via e-mail.
